Thank you for shopping with Swift Songket. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.If the return window has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Scenarios

  • Incorrect or Defective Items (Company Error)
    If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged due to our error, we will resend the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Issues Due to Customer (Size, Color, Change of Mind, etc.)
    If the return is due to a change in preference or incorrect selection, return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

  • Product Exchange
    Exchanges are allowed within the return window, subject to stock availability and approval by Swift Songket.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is not in original condition, or appears used.

  • Tags or labels are missing or tampered with.

  • The return request is made after the return window has expired.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
